Welcome to our online reservation page, where you can secure a table for you & your guests at our restaurant. Whether you are planning a romantic meal, a family gathering, wanting to dine out with friends, or hold a business dinner, we have the perfect setting to make your dining experience unforgettable. Simply choose your desired date & time, select the number of guests, & fill in your contact details.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are made online only by clicking the reservation buttons & are essential to guarantee a table. Guests agree to honor our reservation & restaurant policy. The Old Olive Tree can seat up to 33 guests inside during dinner & up to 12 guests outside if weather permits but we are only able to accommodate a certain number of guests within each hour, to ensure the best level of service. Tables can seat from 1 to 8 guests per booking. Reservations can be made online for the day of the booking if tables are available & walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a table will be available.

Failure to honor or cancel a reservation: To make the restaurant financially viable, 48 hours notice is required to cancel or make significant changes to the day & time of your reservation, or you will be subject to our cancellation fee of $20 per person. Changes to your reservation are to be made via email at andrew@crowsnestpizza.com. This includes charging $20 per person for people in your reservation party who do not attend & is the responsibility of the person who has made the reservation.

Arrival: We kindly ask you to adhere to your reservation time & do not arrive more than 15 minutes early or late. We hold restaurant reservations for 15 minutes. If you do not arrive or call the restaurant via phone within 15 minutes of your reservation time to advise of your late arrival the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Changing your reservation without prior warning to accommodate extra guests: As we are small busy restaurant with limited tables, we require at least 12 hours notice if you wish to bring extra guests & we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate extra guests because our tables may already be booked.

Restaurant Policy

Children of all ages are welcome but to provide a pleasant atmosphere, in respect of other diners we ask that noise levels are kept to a pleasant level, children remain seated & are supervised when using the restrooms. The doors to the restaurant will remain closed until staff are ready to open. While we try to honor our guests seating preference, we cannot guarantee we can accommodate all requests. The furniture in our restaurant has been set up in line with occupational health & safety guidelines, guests are not to rearrange any of the furniture. We reserve the right to refuse entry & service to customers who are abusive or rude to our staff. Our restaurant adheres to Queensland’s Responsible Service of Alcohol Act & we reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol under the guidelines of this act.

Dietary Requirements

Our food contains allergens such as fish, nuts, fruit, dairy, eggs & gluten. While we offer pizza bases & pasta that is gluten free, we cannot guarantee no trace of gluten due to flour in the environment. We advise you contact the restaurant prior to making a reservation with dietary concerns, as not all dietary requirements can be catered for.
